- Obtain all listing documents from agent, and introduce to the seller
- Schedule pictures: Coordinate with photographer. Agent pays invoice
- Pull all property information: tax records, plat info, deed, and declarations
- Gather all HOA details
- Input into MLS
- Set up Showing Instructions
- Make MLS Listing Active, after written approval from Agent
- Make Listing active on Realtor.com and Redfin.
- Upload all documents for agent broker compliance
U/C to CLOSE TRANSACTION SELLER
$250 Paid at Closing
- Confirm all documents are properly executed
- Share docs with all parties
- Prepare & share docs for execution as needed (addendum, title prep docs, etc.)
- Coordinate closing scheduling with seller and title company
- Provide fully executed copies of all documents to client
- Upload docs for agent broker compliance
U/C to CLOSE TRANSACTION BUYER
$250 Paid at Closing
- Confirm all documents are properly executed
- Share docs with all parties
- Prepare & share docs for execution as needed (addendum, title prep docs, etc.)
- Coordinate & schedule all inspections
- Prepare & Share documents for execution as needed
- Send repair request for signatures
- Confirm appraisal received / and good status
- Coordinate & schedule closing with buyer and title company
- Provide fully executed copies of all documents to the client
